I vaguely remeber he review in which TS's are indicted for implants.  Given that the standard of care in the TS escort industry includes impotence it is likely untrue.  It is possible his reviewer's writing skills lack precision.  When he states, ..;."like most TS's do.", he may mean she does not have an implant and like most TS's, the subject of his review is like most TS's, hence she lacks an implant ..."like most TS's do.".

From the perspective of a customer, you pay an escort to provide you with a service that you do not get in your non-hobbyist life.  Also feelings of attraction come into play.  Though I do not understand the psychology of the phenomenom, often when people are exceedingly attracted to someone, the attractee develops a passion for subservience and satisfying the object of attraction.  Driving the object of attraction to the heights of pleasure and internalizing it's concrete effect assures the attractee his mission of subservience and satisfying is complete.

Of course this is all unquantifyable psychobable.  Perhaps the drive to swallow is an irreducable primary.  Like instinct it commands you and you feel powerless and must obey.  Evidence tells me that humans are a species without instinct.  We are the species driven by thought or failure to think.

The escorts do not swallow sometimes rationalizing it as a form of disease prevention.  Another likelyhood is their lack of sexual attraction to the customer.  As likely, even if they truly are attracted to the customer their strategy to express attraction does not include swallowing.
