Mods can't modify, delete, or approve reviews. This is done by the folks who work at TER.  

I am sure there are several reasons why some reviews go poof.  Maybe the provider was banned from TER for some reason?  Maybe the provider raised enough hell that TER decided to get rid of them, etc.  

Again, these are only opinions on my part. I am sure other reasons exist.
