Are the moderators, who pick and choose what questions and comments post on this discussion board?

Yes mods do have the power to decide wether or not to allow any and all posts on the board.  But as a general rule they tend to allow most posts from all board members to be seen in the forum.

However, the big caveats are that new members are always moderated.  That is when they make a post, it must be approved by the mods before it can be seen in the forum.  This can take up to 72 hours to happen.  But at some point either the mods decide you will follow the rules and board ettiquette and they set your status to unmoderated (or you ask them to set your status to unmoderated and they comply).

Also, any post that fails to follow TER rules will be moderated.

So sdgirl, I don't recall seeing your handle so maybe you are a new poster.  Your posts are, I am sure being moderated.  So be a little patient, your posts will apeear shortly.  If not hit the hotlink to the board mod and send them a message.  Or try the Contact TER tab up above.

PS  The mods are volunteers and do not get paid and do this on their own time.  Some actually work for a living too.  So be nice and be patient too.
