Transsexual

Jessica and I had a post op friend over to the house yesterday and we discussed this very issue. (We're going to maybe do some pre-op/post-op videos together - so watch the web site!)
Let me ask you a question. If a girl was born without a uterus, and her vagina was deformed and had to be surgically opened (which does occur) and if she developed a huge "goiter" growing out of her pelvis right above her vagina, and she had it removed. Would she not still be a girl?
Should she be expected to say "I used to have a goiter?" Is it deception if she doesn't? To me, no. What is there to disclose? She's a girl who had a deformity corrected.
My post op friend (a gorgeous woman) who you would never suspect was anything but a GG says she feels it's important for her to disclose, and that even though she's been post op for years she still considers herself a transsexual, not a woman.
So I guess we will see how my personal opinions evolve in a year or two. But meanwhile I feel a post-op TS should be able to post as either according to her choice, or both if she wants. For all intents and purposes a post op TS is a woman physically and legally. With the advantage that she can't get pregnant accidentally! Giggle.
I'll let you know how I feel after my surgery. And don't panic, it's not imminent.
