Yes, they are migraines. Usually I take Imitrex at the first onset and it's OK. The other day I had to get up after about 4 hr sleep to get Jessica to school and it triggered it. I didn't take an imitrex till I got home and then took it on an empty stomach which triggered vomiting and at that point the only remedie is an injection.
Usually I take an imitrex and either a Tramadol or a Vocodin and lay down for an hour or so and I'm good to go, but about once a year they kick my butt.
I think my hormones are affecting it - which is one reason I'm getting an orchiectomy soon (my testes cut off for you guys who aren't in the TS medical loop... but NO I'll still have the boytoy, and it should continue to work such as it does.)

I apologise if I have offended anyone tonight.
I've been fighting migraines for two days and finally had to have a doctor come to the house. He gave my a shot of Vallium and some other drug called Stadol I think - and anyway Iregained conciousness awhile ago but am still a bit high, and have peen posting some ocmments while using about 1/3 of my brain power...
So if I've said something that offends please ignore it, I should be fine tomorrow andif you dont' liek my spelling you can lick my ass...
