Well, according to TER, you may repost your review again after 3 days if the review is not yet posted. TER likes juicy details, so some reviews might not be posted if there is lack of juicy details in it. You may also write a letter and ask why the review is not posted.
I have written a letter to TER administration with regards to this subject since i see reviews as part of my "job resume" and I appreciate everybody who strengthens the resume by writing a nice, honest review.
