GOOGLE is your best friend.  In this scenario, I went to TER and searched on reviews under TS Rachel.  I remember reading bad stuff about this girl.  Those pics have been in her ad for over five years, maybe more.  I find a review of TS Rachel in LA/S. Cal and then google the numbers that are in her very old and outdated review profile.  

So, unless something has changed, her reviews suck.  I validated these reviews link to your top link of TS Rachel.
