I have experience in the hobby but can't alway know all. So, my opinion....A TV is more part time, a TS is someone who lives as a woman (my opinion). Do you know any girls that have a flat chest? I know tons. If she has a flat chest but lives as a woman and gives a great session, she has great reviews. Hope this helps.
TS should be someone like my self that taking Female hormone for many years,Have nice,soft and smooth body have small soft tits ( if you take hormone for at least 5 years,you will have nice soft breasts like C cup without have implant) and look feminine,Passable in everyway. But some still have long surprise and can get hard if you really enjoy for what you do in Sex even you take female hormone everyday and some TS have go all the way with surgery to be female( There are no way that TS can stay away from hormone because you will start to look like a man )If some girl that said they not take hormone at all that should be TV (I wonder how they can look beautiful and feminine ?) So if there are someone said they not take hormone please be careful they might not look good as the pics that you see because they are TV not TS.
So if you like TV i think they are people like some of my friends that they love to dress up like women when they want to go out for party or just do it for fun because they can not be full time like me.Some my friends have work in big company and they boss not allow them to be dress like women you know.or they family don't except it.
for clarifying; that's why i prefer TS, but without a review, i wouldn't know. problem is sometimes being taken in by the ad or photo of someone without a review.
