You can ask a provider about STDs but there is no guarantees that they are clean even with paperwork you don't know who they seen last if the person had something and etc.
You protect yourself by always wearing a condom. Nothing is a 100% safe so I am going to so no oral is not safe w/o condom. Rimming you are licking into someone orifice so no thats not safe as well.Only sure fire way to know if you and the provider are clean is for you both to go to the clinic together get tested then you will be fine. I also would suggest to talk to your doctor they can educate you more on STD's along with going to reputable sites that discuss the risk involve with sex/STD. sounds like it would be smart to get hepatitis series vaccinations if you plan to rim. The series takes several months, maybe six, I dont recall. You can even get hep vaccines at CVS minute clinic if, for example, you plan some world travel.
