Pics are real but has a horrible attitude.  Also, if you are not fluent in Spanish, forget any type of communication on what you want to do, want her to do, or discussion of what you enjoy.  Seedy part of Downey too.  My buddy saw her and was in and out in less than ten minutes.  Seedy hotel where people don't stay for just one night, but weeks or months at a time.  He said it was creepy, lots of lurkers in the parking lot, hallways, etc.  Didn't feel safe.
