Any 411 on Somer and Kaylee in LA (Redondo Beach?)

I noticed the add and it says that Somer is 10 and Kaylee is 7 but I don't see any reviews or info about them.  

Trying to find out if it's a scam or TGTBT?

Kaylee had average reviews and I think a few low scores.  The other girl looks like a gay male early in his/her transition.  I'd pass unless  you hear different from someone else.
