i notice many clients want bbbj and rimming, but what about the risk of doing so?  they say the risk of contracting something through bj is low, but when you consider they may have seen someone an hour earlier and not thoroughly washed, we may also be sucking on some disgusting guys slob that's on her cock.  

and especially on rimming.  i would think that is very dangerous for stds and/or hiv.

I've often wondered about the risk of a bbbj.  On one hand I can't deny the fact that there is some risk.  On the other hand, if there was some serious risk, I think most GG pornstars, escorts both TS and GG...more would have been infected by now, as I've always received bbbj's and I'm damn sure they weren't just hooking me up.

As a medical professional I can tell you the chance of HIV with these activities is extremely remote. The stds that would be worrisome for this sort of contact would be HPV and hepatitis. HPV has many different strains (some are completely benign some cause worts some can lead to cancer- ask Michael Douglas) Hepatitis A is spread fecal/oral so you're pretty much describing its exact transmission. HepA is the least nasty of the hepatitis bugs but you'd still have a nice yellow glow for a bit. Also, of course, you could get a gastroenteritis from such contact due to bacteria. Overall risk probably not incredibly high, but the safer you play the better. Your doctor can also vaccinate you against HPV and hepatitis.
