I saw Sienna last week and had a great time with her. She is very warmhearted, but is also is not the least inhibited.  And yes, she's a bottom.  I know this is a first time post under a new screen name, so I know it may not carry much weight. I was a pretty regular contributer and reviewer with genetic girls until I recently found out the pleasures of being with T-girls. So yes, I've been around here for a few years.  
Anyway, this isn't about me. I'll try to write a review shortly, but Siennna is fantastic and is worth seeing.
