In my estimation if you are going to build a web site NEVER EVER have music like that pop up automatically. If a worker in an office popped up that ad for a meeting later--everyone within ear shot would know what he was looking at.  Always have music or ANT sounds an OP IN kind of thing.  I have heard this complaint many times on different boards with some bad results.
