I'm sure this is some kind of coincidence, but the resemblance is so striking that it's worth a look. Log onto Eros guide for Chicago transsexuals and open up Samantha's ad so she's on the right side of your screen. Then, scroll the thumbnails on the left until Laisha's face is even with Samantha's. Now just keep looking back and forth between the two. Amazing, huh?
BTW, based on that resemblance, I'm not planning to call Laisha, as gorgeous as she appears, because when I met Samantha in person, I became aware of the incredible transformations that can be achieved with modern cosmetics. Now maybe Laisha is a true beauty under it all, but as Mark Twain once remarked, "A cat that's been burned will not jump up onto a hot stove, or a cold one."
If you look at the picture of Samantha with her back to the mirror, you can see the tatoo that is on Laisha's back. Chalk it up to multiple distribution channels for the same product/service.
So, it's really just as simple as that? A bald-face lie! I'm surprisingly naive, I suppose, especially since I worked in advertising for years and am now a photographer. One might think I'd know better. But, I'd rather be a trusting soul than a perpetual cynic, I guess.
Here's a timely and unsolicited testimonial for my two favotite ladies: Rachel and Melissa Milano are both even more beautiful than their photos. Now that is truth in advertising.
I just did a more studied comparison of Laisha and Samantha as they appear on Eros Guide, and I have to conclude that while the straight on shots appear remarkably alike in terms of facial shape and features, the 3/4 poses and other angles that appear on Samantha's ad (new photos, I think) clearly show that her bone structure is very different from Laisha's. Also, Laisha has a tattoo on her lower back which I don't see in Samantha's mirror shot.
The two of them are quite similar, and you can find others in other cities that resemble them in a general way, but I'm no longer suspicious that are the same girl. Maybe they used the same stylist for their sessions.
I'm trying to remember now if Samantha had a tattoo!
