Reason I ask, is that up till now all my reviews have been great!, suddenly out of the blue this last review was so horrible! (And needless to say, also, very un,-true). I have never even met the reviewer and have a sneaking suspicion that one of my "competitors" is actually behind it. Who? I don't know. But I find it odd the one who reviewed me has never been active on the boards here (I did a 999day search with nada/zilch. I have contacted TER staff in regards to this and have been being told the review is going to stand for now, pending them looking into it further.  When I first seen the review (Thankfully a friend brought it to my attention!)  I was like whoa! whats going on here?
I have tried to contact the reviewer as I was told by the staff to do, and no reply whatsoever. I cant see how many other reviews this person has done , or if its one of those "1 review" people that are usually escorts trying to put the competition down, or trying to give themselves fake reviews. So I cam to the boards here to see of they have ever posted anything. ( 0 posts, not a single one.)

Does anyone know what I can do about this? is there a formal way of rebutting false reviews that are so obviously fake? This is very very frustrating to me, because I have a very good name in this city, as well as on TER. All my reviews have been great, even when I was first starting out....  all my reviews have been great, its just so unfair that anyone can create an account, log in and try to ruin someones rep. any feedback? you can PM me or email me, or just reply to this thread!
