She used to be based out of philly, had a stellar reputation that has now become a YMMV.

Both are very cool chicks and hot.  I know both but its been over a year or two since I saw them.  I first met Gemma and it was when she lived in Hollywood with Maddison.  Gemma moved to Philly several years back and I think they meet up and tour/travel with eachother often.  Those two are not scammers or bad providers but I guess YMMV based on how you connect with them but thats just my opinion.  Again, my input is based on my relationship with these two a few years back.  Both in my book are really feminine, sexy and hot.

I saw Gemma Serafina a few months back.  She is incredible, but I'd decline if she offers her friend Madison.  I accepted when she offered based on the pics I'd seen of Madison but they are not up to date.  Madison has put on ALOT of weight and doesn't really look that great anymore.  Since they gave me a 2 for 1 deal, I accepted.  Got a BJ from Gemma while I was blowing Madison.  Then positioned to suck Madison while boning Ms. Serafina......great time, but again, leave Madison out and you'll be better off.
