Searching on San Diego, within 15 mile radius, 7-10 ratings in both looks and service brings up a full page.
But with posts like this, I wonder if you (or someone like you) has any other criteria: should she be versatile, top, bottom? have a preference for tall, petite, curvy, busty? Is it really just any "great TS girls"? Are you on a particular budget or is it a "Money Is No Object" type deal?
Nina Lawless is apparently San Diego based, she's hot AF, and has a good set of reviews ... and having just said that and looking at her profile details, I've noted that her ad and personal website have gone away - she might be retired, maybe going post-op; her Twitter's still active though, looks to be selling OF stuff.
VIP is worth the effort or money (personally, I only employ effort).
If one doesn't have VIP, in the past I've picked up a hint occasionally that when a lady has a lot of recent reviews, she's likely popular, and I'll aim for her rather than a gal only has one or two reviews. (To be sure, I sometimes see ladies with a long list of reviews, many or all of them kind of terrible or mediocre, and I wonder: "Didn't the dudes read those reviews before taking the hit themselves?)

I've always seen San Diego as a bit of a minor Mecca for us trans hungry dudes, perhaps 3rd down the list on the west coast after greater LA and Las Vegas - perhaps even steven with the SF Bay Area.
