So I contacted a provider. When I arrived, it was a different t-girl. How can I post that the situation was a "bait and switch." TER declined my brief review, which I stated the situation was bait and switch. I doubt the situation was fair to me, and I would like to give a "heads up" to others. Any recommendations?
