Are there any clubs or bars in San Diego where an attractive man can meet a feminine TS?

The only place that seems to happen consistantly is the SRO on Saturday nights, less so on Fridays.

5th and Elm, on 5th just north of the 5 fwy between Balboa Park and downtown.

Draws a crowd of anywhere from 15 to 50 about 1/2 guys and 1/2 "girls" of various persuasions.

You will find straight couples, gays, trans couples and singles, hookers out with friends, and crossdressers on their first night out.  It's like a cross between "Cheers" and the Space Bar in Star Wars.

Depending on your idea of femminine and who's there you may find the love of your life, or for  the next hour, or you may run screaming.

We try to get down there either Friday or Sat around 11pm for an hour or so when we are in town and not busy.  Say "hi" and I'll introduce you around.

How about on the weekdays? I will be in SD on biz in late March and hoping to meet a nice lady to show me around.

The SRO really only happens on Fri and Sat nights.  During the week it's mostly a gay bar for a handfull of local guys who walk over and crawl home...

Sometimes a trans girl or two will pop in to play pool, or hook up, but it's hit or miss.

That said, one time we had a gentleman friend visiting who wanted to see the place.  It was like a Tuesday night and there were actually quite a few people.  Then two "girl-girls" came in with a sexy crossdresser on a dog leash wearing a leather slave outfit.

They paraded through the bar, made her stand in the corner, sat down and ordered drinks - and you knew it was the SRO because nobody considered anything was unusual.  [giggle]

Thanks for the info, but I have limited time and don't want to mess with "hit or miss". Dinner etc.,would be better with a nice "lady".
