This is a direct response to this post and indirectly to other posts when hobbyists query about the same phome number for different girls.  There is a possibility that the traveling women are using local pre-paid cell phones or their inter-changeable sim cards as a "work phone" that gets passed around from friend to friend as they visit each city.  They load up only enough minutes they need for their stay, it's only for business and keeps creeps off their personal line.
