How can two different providers have the same photos?

Rubi is in Woodside NYC... Her pics are true where she is in the white dress at a dinner table .. the other pictures in the ad dont ad up .. they are different girls....

for me its a RED FLAG unless Rubi can confirm that its her in both the pics
