The information in a TER profile is established by the first review. Subsequent reviews don't alter this info, even if it changes over the months/years. That's why even a well-reviewed provider who's been working for years can still have a lot of "unknowns" and outdated info (i.e. age range, bust size, location, rates, etc.). Happens with both TS and GG providers. The only time this info will change is if the provider herself sends a request to the TER Powers That Be(tm) to have it changed; otherwise, it's basically set in stone. Annoying and ridiculous, and as you say, highly inaccurate in many cases; you really do need to read the reviews to get the full picture, and even older reviews (i.e. older than a year) can be helpful as they can, in many cases, outline the progression (or regression) a provider has made. Maddening, but that's all we can do, really.
