Wrote my first review this weekend. How soon after writing does a review get posted?

it usually takes 2 to 5 business days is my experience. check your account manager daily to make sure TER didn't have an issue with the link etc and edit it accordingly.  If unapproved, they'll let you know why.

Congrats on your first review! The TER gate keepers who look at them are BUSY, but it should post, if at all, two days after the lady you reviewed's visit is over and she leaves town for another city on her tour.

I posted my last review 1/4/10 and it was approved on 1/8/10. I think that is fairly standard.
