I know full reviews are for the review section.  But without getting detailed,  and to take a break from running down miscreants,  how 'bout naming some girls who have made you smile with the radio playing while you were driving home after visiting them.  Just the girls' names,  who's been great for you?
    Personally me - Summer (Chi. Eros),  Asia (Chicago CL - Akasha of ShemaleYum fame), Maui (visiting Chi. - Eros - we all know her from San Diego),  and American Dream (visiting Chi. - originally Asia from ShemaleYum).

You are correct. I WOULD add Rafaella to my NJ list. I always forget because when I saw her, she was still going by Fernanda. But she is a total class act all the way and one of the brainiest providers (TS or GG) I've ever met.
