While I think it's good you are scared I really doubt that you contracted hiv; hiv symptoms are going to take longer than 48 hours and from what I read it seems you are at a very low risk for contraction.  I think you should heed your scared feelings though and play safe.  Hiv is just one of the risks involved with this hobby, other stds and regular virial infections are a much bigger risk and are much more likly to be transmitted.  This should be a warning to all hobbyist, to both ts lovers and gentlemen who hobby with straight providers.  Play safe, always cover up for full service and avoid providers who have colds or other flu like symptoms.
