I had a TS provider in the DC area that quoted me a $400 incall rate. I thought that was high. Any one has thoughts on this?

You are RIGHT to question that rate.  Knowing what little I do I can say that rate would not be appropriate for this market.

I have had only two experiences,Mila and Amber, but both we 1/2 your quote.

Amber was the one who gave me that quote! Do you "know" her well enough to if she's ripping me off?

I don't know Amber very well.  she originally quoted me 200 by e-mail.  When I called to confirm, she said 400.  I said it was too much and cancelled.  I then got an e-mail back saying she had found her earlier e-mail and that she would stick to the price she quoted.  I took the appointment but was disappointed.  Poor service.

She quoted me 400 as well and I agree with foxtrot137, the service was poor. I'd also add that her body is unattractively out of shape and her surgery has given her a cartoon-like face. That being said, she does have a particularly thick cock...
