I've been reading transexual reviews for several years (as well as having a few sessions) and it is my impression that not being "clean" may ruin an otherwise fun session. At the very least it limits the potential for you being the bottom. I have a feeling that this issue is not just not talked about due to embarrassment. There are probably a significant number of sessions where either the provider or client is less than perfectly clean and the review does not mention it. I also suspect that there are providers who don't care if you're clean or not; although this is probably the exception to the rule.

everyone is different, I happen to be one of those providers who doesn't really care. For me I kind of just expect a certain amount of bodily fluids and odors in sex, and I'm not in the business of being disgusted by other peoples bodies. But that's just me.

Mandy, I think you're very openminded & accomodating, but for me clean is a must - & I'm referring to myself. I'm versatile, but really enjoy being a bottom, & if I haven't done the whole enema, hot shower, shave routine beforehand I'm hard time being comfortable.
