I think eros has 2 post ops listed in DC and one in Atlanta if I remember correctly.  You could go to the 'search reviews' section, keep the city pulldown menu blank, then scroll down and in the transsexual pulldown opt for 'post op'.  Maybe you'll find a few using that method.
