bring about 3 to 5 hundred dollars cash, flash it a little, only buy drinks for girls that hang out with you for a little while, and watch out for pick pockets.  It also helps to dress nice and smell good.  You are far better off waiting and watching before you do anything else.  Of course, thats just my opinion, but I have found that it's far better to look, listen, and make contacts.  Get phone numbers and meet some other time.  Also, be as careful about std's as the girls are, and these days, the girls are very very careful.  Did I say careful?  I mean like extreme care, as in major careful.
