Papers?

Recently a provider told me she had papers that certify that she is HIV - and - from all Diseases. I don't know what to make of this. Now don't think I don't like this because I do. I'm just curious as to how often they go and how accurate are they. What I'm trying to ask is does anyone know about this subject? Is this the GOLD SEAL for escorts?

That is a good thing.  It shows she has concern for her health.

However, it is only a Paper Seal.  It's good only for the period of time before the date the tests were done.  Anything picked up after that date can be transmitted.

In the case of HIV, it can take up to six months for it to show up in a test.  So any negative test only means you were HIV- on the date six months previous to the date of the test.
