I went to Edelweiss and NowBar on Friday.  NowBar was the most dead I've EVER seen it.  Was there from about 12:30 - 2:00 and only 3 decent girls (all regulars...cute Patricia, Asian Cindy, et. al.) and maybe 6 or so CDs.  Went back at 3:00 and it was no better.  Bartender Brian didnt know why it was dead other than the usual saturday nites are best explanation.

Edelweiss was better but still didnt explain why NowBar was dead.  Nataly, Joely, and a bunch of others were there.

Only thing I can think was that it was gay pride weekend and I know from chatting with a provider that there were tons of parties going on.

Edelweiss was much better than NowBar this past Friday.  It would be great for both bars to flourish but NowBar better come up with some inducements to even stay in the race.  Just my  two cents on the subject.

amos were you one of the 5 other dudes there on Friday?  You should have introduced yourself!

It was truly slim pickings at NowBar last Friday.  Probably should have rapped with some of the other male patrons - but either way;  I don't think it would have kept me there much longer.  Did you make the hop to Edelweiss too?

Any guy that talks to other guys at tranny bars must be a homo.  Never ever even think about talking to me.

LOL.... point taken (even if it was tongue in cheek).  But.... I think most guys in TS bars really prefer not to speak to other men.
Do you feel more discreet in a TS bar by maintaining silence with other male patrons> even though these are public and semi-public places?
