There are a few threads that discuss this big topic. The link below will be a good start down in SD. TS Michelle is a true 9 x 6 and a friendly provider. She has gotten good reviews.
Up here in LA I could recommend TS Nancy Lee also with a true 9 x 6. She also has good reviews. She is a bit more aggressive but alot of fun.
