what needs to be taken into account is that a provider is only one person, a human being not a damn machine. not one provider can make each and every person happy. providers deal with more than u can ever imagine. you guys talk smack about providers, such as being functional....you have to take some of the reasonability on that..... you cannot expect a provider to over look everything wrong with you. if your over weight, dirty,rude these things will hurt function. no one is perfect. as long as a provider gives it her all and tries that's what should matter.
