Just saw Ruby yesterday (review to follow). Definitely can confirm that the excellent reviews both on TER and SER are true. Truly one of the best TS experiences I have had. I saw the email address (which is a bit odd, I suppose -- "CD") but based on about 7 or 8 fantastic reviews on SER I took a reasonable chance. Worth every penny, and I wouldn't say that lightly.
