This is the quandry we face in this age of STDs.

The simple answer is yes, it's very dangerous to give a bbbj to a working TS. It's very dangerous to give a bbj to anyone for that matter. If they are infected with an STD it's extremely dangerous. Working TS'es are considered high risk individuals, but you can never know for sure.

If they cum, as in ejaculates semen during orgasm, that's far more dangerous than if they don't cum. The semen is where the nasty stuff like HIV hangs out. But it's based on what you do with it. Here is, IMHO, a list of what you might do in the order of risk:

1. Watching them shoot it on the bed or the floor from a few feet away is probably pretty safe.

2. Allowing them to shoot it on your chest is not as safe but still probably low on the risk scale.

3. Allowing them to shoot it on your face is taking a risk as you're now in the area of open orifices like your eyes, nose, mouth, ears. Any of which could be a conduit for somehing unwelcome like HIV, to enter your body.

4. Allowing them to shoot it into your mouth is probably the most risk whether you swallow or not. The gums and other areas of the mouth could easily allow the transmission of STD.

And that's too bad because one of the hottest parts of sex with a TS is watching a *girl* shoot her load all over you or deep throating her while she explodes in your mouth. Most TS'es will not be able to ejaculate due to hormones, or they are limited to cuming only rarely because of it. But don't forget that even if the ejaculate is avoided, that still doesn't rule out at least a half dozen or so other nasty bugs you can pick up from anyone, not just a TS, working or not.

Life is not fair and there are no guarantees. Some guys have sex with dozens of TS's swallowing every load, taking it up the ass and never get infected. Some guy could go home and be infected by his wife of 20 years.

Be careful and arm yourself with as much accurate information as possible.

to give a BBBJ to a working TS?

How dangerous is it if she cums?  If she doesnt cum?

Is there any medical research on this anywhere, or do we only have our biases to inform us?

i get into one of these discussions about once a month and often end up making some hobbyists angry when i suggest that many of these diseases are harder to acquire than we have been led to believe.
there is a great amount of misinformation on the subject, fueled by fear - for instance, the poster above me states that it is very dangerous to perform bbbj.... on what is that based? EVERY medical site, even those that are ultra-cautious, will admit that oral sex is less risky than vaginal or anal. try these:

general info on relative frequency of infection through oral sex:
http://www.tht.org.uk/gaymen/oral_sex/

read dr alison quayle's section on mucous membranes and the digestive system:
http://www.thebody.com/oralsex.html

a recent study of 239 gay men whose only sexual contact is as the receiving partner in oral sex - 28% of whom stated they swallowed the ejaculate of known hiv-infected partner:

is it true that prostitutes - and/or TS prostitutes - are a much higher risk group? not according to this study. the belief in the medical community is that HIV is NOT an ordinary STD. the high risk group includes those who abuse IV drugs. prostitutes who do not abuse IV drugs are not necessarily higher risk than the general population.

I REALIZE that there are other STDs. i talk about hiv because that is the one that will kill you. if you are thinking of doing a bareback activity with ANYONE, you should at least visually inspect the area first (lesions, warts, drainage, etc). you CAN contact a disease like herpes, gonorrhea, etc even if there are no visual clues - but the risk is much less than if there were visible symptoms.

Just be smart and be safe. Put a cover on her and you will still enjoy yourself and sleep better.
That is not a medical opinion, just common sense.

Thanks Clarence for providing some scientific studies that give us some idea of the risks involved here.  Now at least we have some imperical evidence to go on.

So I checked into those links... and yes there is a lower rate of transmission through oral sex... but if you really read the articles they all said that oral sex is not 100% safe. In fact several of them stated that 7% to 10% of HIV transmission was from unprotected oral sex.

While this may be low in some minds, it's still a risk that one should weigh heavily.

Don't most of the TS working girls want their customers to wear condoms or is it just the opposite? Please tell me what you've found from your experiences.
