In a word yes. I know it sounds hot and exciting to have, taste, feel cum in and around your face and mouth but there is a risk.  Some people will say different, they will tell you there is little to no risk.  The odds maybe lower then say anal bareback sex, but there is a risk! Be sensible and dont go there.  No, I am not speaking from experience, I dont have HIV or AIDS.  I am using common sense and reported research.
