Referring to the thread down the board "the two call system" herewith my thoughts.....

If you are a hobbyist (TS or GG doesn't matter)
cleanliness is MANDATORY. This means that prior to the encounter you MUST:

A) Shower and shave;
B) Change into CLEAN clothes;
C) If you are going to KISS or expect the GFE,
  brush your teeth and use mouthwash. If you
  SMOKE, put the cancer sticks AWAY until after
  the encounter (tobacco breath can be a huge
  turnoff);
D) If you are a bottom, make sure your ass is
  CLEAN. You wouldn't put your cock into a
  dirty ass...why should she?

E) Even if you aren't great looking (and I'm not)
  cleanliness, good manners and a good attitude
  will get you further than you might otherwise  
  expect. I've had some GREAT times with
  providers who are otherwise "low scoring"...

And one more thing...

Even though you are paying for the service, TRY
to be aware of HER feelings too. Try to find out what turns HER on... if you want the "GFE" , try to act the BFE. I'm neither rich nor great looking, but through cleanliness, courtesy and consideration, (The three "C's") I've not only
gotten social dates AND invitations but "off-the clock" intimacy.....
