If you are looking for a true TS mistress then I would say you might go to Lancaster and see Paulette. She is a wonderful mistress (with all the belts and whipsels) but not always functional. If you are looking for a dominant TS then I might recommend India Fox. She is dominant and very functional. She used to do a BDSM gig awhile back. There is also a gurl down in San diego named Venus that might fit the bill but I have no personal experience with her.
