I had the following posted at another site and got very little (really no) response.  Let me try it here and any reference you see to San Francisco could also apply to Las Vegas.  I'm 100 miles south of Vegas and I do travel to San Francisco a couple of times a year. Here it is:

"O.K. So here's the deal. I just reached my 65th year and having harbored cross dressing thoughts for years, I went and did it just less than two months ago. The problem is that I like it, I really, really like it and I'm afraid that just cross dressing is not enough for me anymore. I think I've turned into a real transvestite, if not a full fledged transexual.
I've always thought of myself as 100% heterosexual but when I'm KelliAnne I have some real "not to heterosexual" thoughts. I think I'd like to try a TS/TV escort but I'm going to have to be picky. I gotta' have one who really, really passes yet is fully functional. In my mind I will still believe that "she" is a "she." I haven't been able to get an erection for over 10 years so I figure the only excitement I'll get at this stage of my life is as a bottom. I want to get f****d and get f****d hard. I'm also going to need to do this when I'm "dressed" so the worst my mind could make of it, would be a lesbian encounter.

Of course, I live in Arizona but I do get up to the Bay Area twice a year to see my grandkids. I've read the poll on TS for Super Straight and I just don't think Grace is for me, however Mia seems to be quite acceptable. I have done an Eros search and am also quite taken by Michell, Katya Pamela, Trina or Sabrina.
