Ok I'm hoping this is the right place to post this ISO. I'm not bisexual, and I do not generally get aroused by men, but I have lately been fascinated with beautiful transsexual females. Hi, there. DC is an interesting place for trans providers -- we're not as saturated a market as some of the other big cities, which is kind of interesting.
I very much enjoy doing doubles with some of my provider friends in the area (and while touring). And I do have a recent review of a couples session, which may line up quite nicely with what you described.

I've know quite a few really wonderful TS providers. I've met very few, however, that are interested in CIS women at all, let alone fully engaging with one in ways such as you describe. That said, lightning does strike sometime and when it does..WOW... there is nothing like it.
Some time ago, I put a ravenous well known hottie provider together with a really talented and gorgeous TS provider. They had never met one another, and the female provider had never been with a TS. I can see how it might be a challenge finding a trans provider who checks off all of those boxes!
Start with the universe of trans providers who are able to get hard and who can top someone (anyone!). Now cross off the trans providers who are just not able to top a cis woman, or who just aren't interested in it. I don't know whether trans women are more-likely to be genuinely bisexual, but it's tougher for someone with a penis to fake sexual interest. So there's a measure of genuineness there, if nothing else.
Add in the challenge that not all cis female providers want to work with trans providers -- it can be difficult to find a doubles partner with good chemistry without those extra variables!
I'm not based in DC, but I do try to make it out pretty often (I've been every month this year except February which was spent away from the scene). I've dated and enjoyed all types of bodies and would help with this dream! When I'm in DC, the cis women I session with are Inari Popcorn, Leana Lane, and Angela Desanti.
