I was there a couple weeks back and a few do outcalls to the riverwalk area.  TS Brianna is nice, a bit thicker then photos but very nice.... :-)http://tsbriannamorosova.weebly.com/

TS Venus has a new review in San Antonio.  Most are probably north or northwest of downtown.  Downtown is safe with the tourist stuff and river walk.  The areas around downtown can be a little rough.  San Antonio is not that big however. A trip north might be 10 miles.

I saw Venus in California, before she moved to San Antonio.  Its big, and she is an excellent provider.
