I’ve noticed that some providers will list negative or negative on PrEP. Other providers don’t list their health status which leads me to assume they are poz. For providers who list their health status as neg or neg on PrEP, I don’t assume they are telling the truth but I do feel that if they can list that on their health status, then they should be willing to provide proof.

It's something TS4Rent began to give clients more info. Some girls use the feature others don't. Just like pricing or listing their travel plans some do some don't. Some ads on other sites may also mention the girls are on PrEP or other things, it's just another change in the hobby overtime. Don't read into it anymore than that.
I have zero belief that any site does it for anything more than PR. All the add sites are in it for money and only money, if one of them add something like "verified" or "health status" or something similar, it's just to make potential clients feel better about it.
