What I like to do is look at the mongers who reviewed them and see what they've written about other girls. If its someone who constantly writes negative reviews then I take it with a grain of salt, and vice versa. To have that option you must be a member. They both can be telling the truth. Maybe she had a bad day with one guy but a good one with the other. Maybe she didn't like the bad reviewer but liked the good reviewer. Maybe the bad reviewer had bad hygiene and the good one was freshly showered. The thing is we don't know and a lot of things in this hobby are YMMV. However the only way to know for sure is to see her. Truthfully, I myself wouldn't see her based on her review history. But who knows, its your time and money. Do what you want with it.

Help from reading reviews varies, you need to get out of your fantasy mind aka thinking with the little head and think with the big head. What someone else may have found to be amazing, you may not feel the same way about and vice versa. Don't get as caught up on the numerical score as what you read that happened, didn't happen, the little things the reviewer liked, didn't like, said and didn't say. The site may also lower a performance score based on what technically happened or didn't happen. Some experiences I would rate a 10 were knocked down to an 8 or 9. Also, like the one difficult judge in figure skating who scores everyone lower, similar things happen with reviews.  

Like others have mentioned, if the reviewer has only a couple reviews or it's their first review, it's not a bad thing, but it should be seen with more skepticism. If the reviewer has 10+ reviews that seem reasonable and consistent with descriptions and scoring then you can probably treat them with less skepticism. With even more reviews generally the less skepticism.  

But the BIGGEST thing is knowing what you will actually like and not like. Don't get all caught up in some porn driven fantasy only to be turned off by something you didn't even consider with a genetic or trans provider. That reviewer is saying what they liked, what they didn't like. You should be trying to determine if the provider looks like their pics or not, in decent shape or not, is friendly or not, kissed or not, DFK or not, what are they're breasts like, cock like, ass like and so on. Then again, ask yourself are those things important to me or not.  

As Charlie Sheen said, after you've had all kinds of sex with many women you start to look at this other menu. With trans that's exactly it, a new menu of things to do.
