Good question... I do know that she doesn't have any ads in WI on BP/CL.  Quite often there is fake pictures (of another provider) or multi-name advertisement within the WI/IL area.  I have never seen that picture before in WI nor IL... So that would lead me to believe that there is a good chance that those are her pictures and not a scam... Not sure however.

I guess try contacting the reviewers and ask, most will be happy to share!  Or perhaps expand your search and see what you can find out? You might also want to check the reviewers reviews- That can tell alot and may explain a little bit more.
