My opinion is.....................

You can't have your mind set on one specific provider. I'd say don't travel to another city and have one appt set up.  Also, I would recommend NOT traveling to a city like Salt Lake, Seattle..etc where there are slim pickins. Thats pretty much common sense but you just never know here  
Go to a city like LA, NY, Chicago, Miami, or San Francisco where there are plenty of online pickins, which typically means there are just as  many that are not online, maybe in the paper or at the local bar.  Also.....We often forget that this is a business.  The girl working is working for a reason. Maybe surgeries, maybe savings, maybe working to do another type of work down the road, etc.....If the girl has her best night on a Friday or Saturday do you think she is going to want to set up an outcall to your hotel at 8PM either of those nights or wait for your call when you land and then ten calls later you show up after you got lost?  Think about it....she may have gotten ten calls between the time you landed and the time you arrived.  
So, not sure if this is what anyone wants to hear but I feel its reality.  I once visited a very very beautiful girl who spent her Friday and Saturday night hanging at clubs and the Yukon on SM Blvd (before it was closed) and she once told me to plan on coming over Mon-Wed to set up an appt and stay for hours if I wanted but on Fri or Sat night, she had to turn those tables, just like a waiter in a resturant.

Sad but true. Guess that's part of the problem, for me, I go to see a specific lady, always one that has great reviews and would be highly unlikely to visit my city, so not too surprising that when I get to town, sometimes things just don't work out.
