I went through two of the major sites where girls advertise...I skipped the usual suspects who get reviewed regularly and chose girls who were both interesting looking, not obvious fakes, and whose ads I have seen on several occasions -  

the results.... the first 27 girls I picked had no reviews....now, I realize I'm part of the problem since I've been on the sidelines for a long time and would never see someone without reviews....but I still found that amazing.... and yet, many, if not most of these girls requested a donation of 3$ and 4$ for their time

So my conclusion is most of us here (when partaking in the hobby) are seeing the same small group of gals and posting reviews to providers who already have oodles of good reviews (making it nice for the girls but not much use to us as the news was already in) ---- and that there must be plenty of guys who see girls who are unknown quantities, pay top dollar for it, and don't know about TER to post a review (or don't want to post)
