Well, just a wild guess, but maybe to mitigate revenue loss due to clients preferring her pre-op. Perhaps she hopes to convert exisiting pre-op customers to post-op once she gets them in her crib under false pretenses.
I had a TS provider dispute one of my reviews because I had seen her pre and post surgery. She wanted it taken down because she didn't want the new mongers who didn't know that she was post to know that she was post. Thoughts?

If she wants him to not post a factual review so she can misrepresent herself to future prospects on a key attribute, leave the post-op review there even if she cuts him off from seeing her (pun intended). But if her ad does disclose she's post-op, accomodating her wish to take that review down may be appropriate as a favor.
Had a provider ask me to remove a review as well after she went post op. I mentioned her "old" name in my review, but she was trying to rebrand as a woman without telling anyone. More power to her, she's beautiful, and I wasn't trying to "out" her. I reached out to the admin and they said they would not take it down, that she would have to request the removal. She never did and she keeps plenty busy on a couple of boards in my area.
