I don't usually get really pissed off, but tonight I am.  For the first time since I started escorting I am going to blacklist a member of TER on every site I'm involved with.

Tonight a guy who I dated for over a year, and who wrote one of our reviews from 2006 tried to change the terms and canceled our date just as we were heading out the door to their hotel.

I turned down three dates for tonight to see him and his GF for a measly $200.  We could have made around $800 if I'd blown him off and taken the others or doubled up. That would have paid 1/2 our rent this month.

I've NEVER encountered such treatment from a TER member.

Tonight Jessica and I were supposed to do a couples double date (4 way) with him and his girlfriend.  He is here in town on business, and we've talked about this for months. We arranged things last week and spoke on the phone twice today.

Then just as we are walking out the door to head over to their hotel he calls and wants to renegociate price - actually he wanted a FREEBIE at the very last minute because his GF was joining us.  I think he planned to do this all along.

We're TS girls - we've got women lined up down the block who want to hook up with us. But Jessica and I are in a relationship and "business is business and pleasure is cheating."  If we want to play for free we will play with each other.

If you ride our train you buy a ticket.  Boy, girl or TS.  If you don't like it, don't date us.  We may be whores but we have HONOR and we are LOYAL to each other, and to our friends.  And tonight I lost a man I considered a friend.

This is a man I have dated every couple of months for over a year when he's in town on business.  He's one of my 3 or 4 ATF's.  He is well aware of our situation, having been to our house several times.  After our first couple of dates we have never discussed money.  He just passes me an envelope at some point.  When we raised our prices last spring I kept him at the old rate because I really liked him.

Then tonight, at the very last minute he's like "this one is for free, right."  WTF?  Then he's like, "well we never discussed money."  We NEVER EVER discuss money.  He damm well KNOWS what his price is and we had discussed it in the past.

He said, "Well I'm bringing a girl."  So what - what does he think we do?  We aren't swingers.

I'm just sorry a friendship has ended this way - and that my trust of ALL guys in this business just took another big step down the ladder.

So gentlemen, if you wonder why your TS provider has an attitude and doesn't trust you or care about you, and just wants your money.  This kind of thing and a hundred other tricks we get pulled on us is why.

Jamie - so sorry you had a bad experience! Unaligned Expectations are usually at the root all of all issues.

It does seem to me he was trying to finesse this to a free session - given he has always paid to the point that the amount is understood and never discussed.   IMHO, adding a girlfriend should not reduce the amount – as you have stated, you are now supplying fun and fantasy to double the parties !

However, I would hold off black listing until you talk with him again - as once that is done; the harm to the reputation is permanent.  You have had great experiences and he was on your favorite list.  Everyone has a bad day and outside of the missed oppty, there was not ill treatment.  Give him a chance to come to his senses ....  He might surprise you.

That being said - please do not hold all men accountable to this one bad experience.   And I can attest, there are an equal amount unexpected upsells and false advertising from tgals ( I am sure not from you though ! ) – so we have been in your position several times too..  

You ( and Jessica ) are a sweetheart, so it is very easy not to think of you as more than just a providers.  That certainly is a plus and a testament to you and how you choose to approach life.  However, it can leave you vulnerable to being subordinated – that is the tradeoff to being a great person.

I have a feeling the rest of the week will be good for you !

I have been there from the other side. It works both ways. As a Hobbyist you become more and more cynical each time you get burned.This hobby is supposed to be for fun. It's a shame when a bad, greedy, psycho provider ruins it for you or worse. Just do your research and keep on truckin'

Truely sorry about your bad experience, but it has nothing to do with men in general.

In the long run, it is his loss...where else will he find one, let alone two providers who will be as accommodating as you? Respect and trust shold be earned and never just given, now he must go out into the world and TRY to start all over again...too bad TER does not offer a BLACK LIST for hobbyists like they do with the  WHITE LIST...I have only been in this industry a year and have not had many negative situations, but I am a great believer in KARMA and I am sure he will get his payback soon enough...luckily, there is a small network of TG providers here in Chicago who exchange detailed info about losers(and LE), just like this inconsiderate hobbyist...continue to be the sweet and smart young LADY you seem to be and good things will come your way...HUGS, Rachel

Sorry dear Jamie, but, we can not treat everyone on the same way.
If you want to have sucess in the business, you should treat him like he's your boyfriend and not mix with your other experiences, if is bad or good it's part of the business.

Jamie finally snaps - and a NEW POLICY

Thanks for your comments everyone.  I know most of the gents on here are stand up guys.  But Jessica and I had a long conversation last night and then  made love.  Giggle.

I'm not going to "officially" blacklist him other than with my homies.  Like Rachel says there isn't a TS admirer blacklist anyway.   So I doubt he will have any trouble getting dates.  But I'll bet he never gets the companionship of TWO girls like us again for $200 outside of Bangkok.

Jessica is pretty much done dating because of all the bs we've had to deal with over the past year.  It's just not fun for her anymore.  I'm going to be removing her from our advertising over the next few weeks.  She'd already cut back on who she'd see because of her school load.  She was only seeing this guy because he was a long time trusted client, and she wanted to hose his GF...  giggle.  

This was the straw that broke the camels back for her.  Those of you who have met her in the past know what a sweet, delicate person she is.  She just doesn't need the baggage of this profession in her life.

Yes Lotus, I know there's a lot of skanks out there who take advantage of the guys. I've always prided myself on being a professional in an unprofessional profession.

And you are right Lotus, Jessica and I are sweethearts in a pretty heartless, often hateful and dangerous business.

For the past two years we've opened our home and hearts to men  from all over the world.  If this was the first time I'd been taken advantage of it would be one thing.  It's not the first date to cancel at the last minute or to no show, or arrive tweaking or to call me 38 times in one day or who's wanted to renegociate after arrival, or shorted me, or a hundred other typical player scams.

But I realize players go with the territory and it's a professionals job to out play them while being nice about it.

If he was a new guy from Craigslist, shenanigans would be expected and I would have taken appropriate precautions (like full price and a back up date).  But this is a long time TER member and trusted friend.

But no, he doesn't get another chance.  And the result is there are going to be some changes in the way JustaTransGirl operates.  No I'm not going to "go ghetto" or turn into a jaded rob bitch.

But effective today there are no more incall dates in our home, no more home cooked meals, no more jacuzzi party bar-b-ques.  That was risky anyway.  Our lease is up the end of Dec and we had already planned not to date from our new place.  

I will rent a trick pad.  Until I get that set up it will be motel rondevous or outcalls only, or when I tour.

And an hour is an hour.  Not an hour and a half or two hours on me, unless you pay the meter.

I hope I can still have lots of sincere, sensual fun with lots of you gents and that my comments and our business decisions don't piss all you guys off so you never want to see me again.  

But the bottom line is this guy blew it for all of you.  This is how I earn my living.  I'm your special girlfriend for an hour or two.  That's it.  Casual NSA no strinngs attached companionship. That's really all most of you guys seem to want anyway - a cheap naughty nasty girl to use for a short time.  So that's me, lets hook it up!

Jamie, I'm fairly new here but I always admired and enjoyed your points of view. In reading this, I sense a deeper anger or frustration on your part. If the relationship was as you say, perhaps this was just a miscommunication between both of you. It seems to me, JMO, that your carrying some extra baggage from something else into this situation. We have a plethora of average and below average providers out there. I've always felt in my short time here, that you were above average based on what I've read. Basicly I think it's because this came from such an unexpected quarter - if it was some trailer tweaker I would't be surprised.  And because of how he played it.  Waiting until after we'd spent an hour and a half getting all dressed up specially for them.  He could have called at any time if he had a question about the rate.

Also - I forgot to mention - this whole thing was supposed to have been a dinner date.  We were supposed to all go out to dinner then play.  And at like 6pm he said they were just going to grab a burger - so a fun evening dinner date turned into just another trick.

And I am probably raining my displeasure on you for ALL of the jerks of the past that I've accepted as part of the job.

And as a result I've basically for the moment anyway, lost my partner in crime. Which is likely to seriously affect our bottom line as we have been like the only double date out there for 2 years.

Jessica will probably come back to the party after finals in about 5 weeks, but frankly we are thinking about going ahead with our SRS and opening a Subway franchise...

Meantime, when I get over my mad I'll be back to being the same old high quality provider I've always been with the exception that I will make  sure to cover my ass (so to speak... giggle).

Oh, and I'm probably psychotic - wouldn't be the first TS to go off the deep end... giggle.

Lots of people here have to deal with rough-ass situations every single day at work.  Then they have to get up the next morning before sun up and drive to work knowing they have to deal with that same person and same unresolved unpleasant situaution that was there the day before.
    Working for a living is definitely a ballbusting sonofabitch.  Most of us do it without complaining to others about it.

I'm not punishing ALL men - though that does sound delicious...  and it wasn't the first time I've been stood up - more like the 500th...  but it was the first time by a long time member of TER.

And it's not a matter of getting out of the business. That's one reason providers don't participate in these forums.  Because it's mostly one way... the guys can bitch about the smallest thing but god forbid that a hoe should express an opinion.

Yeah he may have done it the wrong way, but if this guy is a regular then maybe you should have said yes, but you know this will cost you in the future.

I look at it the other way. He has been providing you with regular income. A smart business person would throw a regular a bone every once and a while.

You work in a high risk and high reward business. What you get for two hours is equal to two days take home pay for me. The 800 you talk about is a weeks worth. Sometimes you need perspective.

Yes honey (hud) I understand.  But it's not really like that.  I had given him a break on every date for the past 8 months as I didnt' raise his rate.  I was only going to charge him $200 instead of our usual $600 for an evening date.

And yes, I understand the income disparity. And that is specifically why I have kept my base rates low, not because I couldn't get more, but because I do understand that not every guy can spend $300 a pop - though this guy could - heck he flew his GF in from the midwest for the date.

However please consider that on your job, you probably don't risk STD's and literally your life and freedom with every new person who comes to your business. When we got busted in Vegas last year the ultimate loss was nearly $10,000.

These are just two reasons escorts have to charge a lot in the US.  And I apologise for it.

There's lots of girls on CL - I know of one in Chicago who gives head for $35.  Giggle.

I  hope you don't think I'm on a personal attack but I have to disagree with your reasoning TG's charge so much. According to your theory of life threating possiblilties,etc then many professions should jack up their rates:

Policemen,Firemen,Taxi Drivers,EMTs,Garbage collectors (Lord knows what crap they handle every day),etc.
 
Point is and truth is:
TG's overcharge because they know they can get away with it. Sex is the most inflatted industry in the world (even 1st to oil) and the only one driven by the little brain which thinks in terms of orgasm and not dollars or practicality.

It would be refreshing to hear one provider just admit it.
