Hi, Kara!  It's been quite a while since I saw the review page--as a mod, I'm blocked from seeing it.  So, I can't say for sure what your friend is seeing.

My understanding is that providers receive an ID number when their first review is approved.

After that, we can do some cool things, like get your TER Reviews linked to your handle or username.

The Dog and I are not at all connected with the review process, so when a review is not approved, we don't know why.  We can only hope for the best that your friend's review will be approved and posted.

If it is not approved, some sort of explanation is sent from the TER gods to the person submitting the review.

Websites like SIPSAP do NOT work because the contact info is usually hidden to non-subscribers.

EROS works very well and has a small monthly fee for advertising in major cities, and an extra fee for "moving" your ad when on tour.

Of course, some girls have their own websites, which is great because they can link back to their TER reviews.
